But having struggled with it for over four hours I have only two successful scans to show for it. I agree with the other reviewer's choice of words in describing this as a 'wretched' product. The scanner locks up, the driver locks up, it crashes Adobe Photoshop Elements, etc etc etc. This product needs to go back to the drawing boards for some reworking.

How this inferior quality product ever won an award is totally beyond my comprehension. They must have given the award without every trying to use the product.
