I finally maxed out sandman and the sneak multiplier goes up from 3.5x on unsilenced to 5.3x on silenced. I have a fully upgraded Mighty affix plasma rifle which does a combined 296 damage at 1036 on a sneak attack. Thanh chien huyen ao 2 hacked. I have a fully upgraded gauss rifle without an affix that does 431 ballistic damage at 2284 on a sneak attack. Sneak attacks are a little situational, but if i manage to sneak up on a boss or legendary thats really tough I can prevent it from mutating by headshotting it with the gauss rifle. There was a Legendary Gangrenous Glowing One or something in a school place that had a theme to do with Pink Food Paste, I don't remember where the school is exactly. It's infested by bright pink feral ghouls with a glowing one boss at the end.

I got that Gauss Rifle with Two-Shot from that when I killed it. If its not random, you might get it too. Bearing in mind I was about level 55 when I found it.It's even more broken now I've got the Bloody Mess perks for additional damage. It does something like 880 damage. Especially hilarious when you get 5.3x Sneak attacks and it blows Super Mutant Behemoths across a valley. I think I had Tier 4 Rifleman which adds 80% damage onto the weapon, then I would of had Mister Sandman which adds another 50% to any weapon with a suppressor, and Bloody Mess adds up to 15% damage as well, plus I roll Lone Wanderer which also gives +25% damage at tier 3. The 'Two-Shot' Legendary mod is a literal double damage mod too, so the weapon would of already been doing 200% normal damage before Perk affects were applied to it.This is it at my current stage, Level 64. I have Rank 5 Rifleman, Rank 5 Heavy Gunner (not sure which one affects the Gauss Rifle) Rank 4 Bloody Mess, Rank 3 Lone Wanderer, Rank 3 Mister Sandman and also Rank 3 Lady Killer as well. That's something like, uhh+100% from the 'Two-Shot' Legendary Mod+100% from either Heavy Gunner or Rifleman+50% from Mister Sandman+25% from Lone Wanderer+15% from Bloody Mess+15% from Lady Killer (only against females)Buffing out the damage of the weapon itself. I'm glad the stats menu changes it based on your perks, it's nice knowing your perks are working.Technically this could go even further if you used Psycho, my personal favourite being PsychoJet, for an additional +25% damage. Not sure if there's any more you could stack on top of this thing, though.

What's the Normal max damage on a plasma sniper? Does it break 180 energy damage before perks and sneak/crit multipliers? If not, 6 crank laser musket would like a word with you regarding Non Legendary/Named critical and sneak attack title belts.Earliest non heavy weapon you can get naturally in the game (As in, not bee lining for pre placed plasma with gamefaqs) that can one shot kill power armor enemies, even at just 4 cranks. Can't deny a plasma weapon is way more practical overall though, since you don't need to crank multiple times between shots for it to be worthwhile. I will defend the Laser Musket's easy access spike damage, but not it's efficiency against multiple targets.I admit in any weapons conversation, I roll my eyes hard enough to cause myself pain when people being up legendary traits or Named weapons.I got a legendary explosive pipe rifle that kills multiple raiders in one shot, that doesn't make pipe rifles better than combat rifles. It is unstoppable, I've been having so much fun with it. I struggled with doing any worthwhile damage for so long at the start of the game, slowly climbing out of the cesspit that was below level 40, but once I hit that I began finding decent weapons, and had enough ammo/fusion cores saved up to have some fun, lol. When I found that minigun it was only doing something like 17 damage per shot but when I modded it up and put 5 perks into Heavy Gunner it became death incarnate.I think it dropped from a Legendary Super Mutant Primus that had a skull and a star or at least just a star. I'm fairly sure I was around level 58-60 because my last 5 level ups having been straight perks going into Heavy Gunner and I'd only just achieved 'Mastery' so I was having fun with it on the Prydwyn lol.
